• Please *READ ALL DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY before buying. 
• All of our trendy jewelry items have *MEASUREMENTS LISTED in EACH DESCRIPTION. 
• The Measurement is for the *Charm only, without ear wire, unless otherwise noted.
• All Pierced Earrings feature SURGICAL STEEL Hypoallergenic NICKEL-FREE posts & earwires,
• All DANGLE earrings are on French-Style fish-hook (No Back) Surgical Steel earwires, unless a Clip-on or other option is chosen.
• All BUTTON POST-style earrings are on Surgical Steel posts with comfort-disk backs for extra support.
• If CLIP-ON style earrings are chosen, DANGLE earrings are 'Pierced-Look,' BUTTON-styles are glue-on Hinged Backs.
• *We ship as quickly as possible. Because our unique funky jewelry is made-to-order & packaged carefully to be sure you receive it undamaged, it may take up to ONE-TWO WEEKS for us to ship after we receive your payment. If sent via First Class, please allow *TWO-THREE WEEKS TOTAL* to receive.

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY:

• *Items must be returned within the specified period (postmarked within 7 days after receipt) & must be approved & confirmed by us via email before any can be accepted for return/exchange.

• *If an item arrives to you damaged, it will be accepted for EXCHANGE for the identical item only.

• You must be sure to carefully package any returned item in original retail packaging just as you received it, or no exchange will be issued.

• ***If we no longer have the same item to exchange, we will offer you a choice of another item of equal value or a cash refund.

• *All other returns will receive TEAM-ZEBRA Store Credit, which NEVER Expires! If you have received store credit, please be sure to sign in with your account email & password, to be certain that our automated systems assign proper credit to your order. You may apply credit to one or more future orders until your credit balance has been depleted. Store credits may not be used for shipping fees. However, if your order is for $50.00 or more, you still qualify for FREE First Class shipping.

• *Credits or refunds for Shipping charges will not be issued.

• *Cash Refunds will NOT be issued unless the damaged or incorrect item is no longer in our current inventory.

At this time, TEAM-ZEBRA Unique Funky Earrings & Funky Costume Jewelry ships merchandise to all locations in the main and outlying protectorates of the United States, as well as most international countries worldwide. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the designated shipping carrier.

We ship as quickly as possible. Since our unique funky jewelry is made-to-order, 

*most orders are not shipped until 7-10 business days after receiving completed payment.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. 

Please allow extra time for custom orders, personal checks or e-checks, money orders, or special requests.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email to the address indicated in the checkout at the time of purchase.
